i applaud you
It's just about the only image that I show that doesn't use a model or set-piece or studio set-up. All I used was a home-made soft-focus filter.
It was really just a case of pulling back the bed covers, with the wall behind and the window out of shot above it. The diffused lighting was because I left the curtains closed. The colours were because of the colours of the curtains/walls. As for the grain it was shot on ISO/ASA 1000 slide film to give the effect. It looks great as a 20 inch enlargement
